The Plaza Ambassador is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by guiding them through the arrival journey and ensuring seamless transitions between various areas of the property. They coordinate guest services, provide personalized assistance, and uphold the Ritz-Carlton's standards of luxury hospitality.
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest services, with a strong knowledge of Costa Rican culture and the Guanacaste region. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with property management systems are preferred.
