What You'll Do
Manage the team of Business Managers and the Platform, guiding them towards achieving results. Evaluate performance indicators of the Business Unit, identifying opportunities and establishing tactical plans. Develop strategies and implement actions to improve C6 Bank's positioning in the automotive market.
What We're Looking For
Experience in people management and team leadership. Strong results orientation and planning skills. Completed higher education degree, preferably with specialization. Experience in retail commercial area. Must reside in Brasília-DF.
