Manage and develop a portfolio of business clients, ensuring compliance with the established commercial agenda. Build relationships with clients primarily through visits, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions. Propose actions to achieve portfolio objectives and control debt levels while integrating new clients into the cooperative.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of financial products and services is required. Must possess a valid driver's license (CNH B) and C-PRO R certification. Experience in consultative sales techniques is desirable.
