What You'll Do
Provide customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels, focusing on excellence and quick support. Monitor financial product distribution processes, including proposal tracking and document verification. Generate operational and performance reports, control indicators, and support the commercial team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Commercial Management. Experience in the financial market, preferably in administrative or commercial support roles. Active CPA-20 certification required. Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
