The Procurement Assistant will manage the acquisition of goods and services in compliance with global policies and donor requirements. Responsibilities include conducting field visits to suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of experience in procurement or NGO development programs and have completed at least three years of university studies in Business Administration, Auditing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Guatemalan tax regulations are required.
