Research, execute, and stay updated on current legislation and regulations. Calculate monthly payroll, terminations, commissions, vacations, and advances. Monitor and update salary adjustments according to collective agreements. Develop analytical reports using Power BI/Python.
Requirements
Solid experience in payroll processing. Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting. Advanced knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. Proficiency in payroll management tools and Power BI, Python, and/or SQL.
