Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with business units to develop talent pipelines and ensure compliance with labor laws and DEI standards.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least one year of experience in BPO talent acquisition. Candidates must be fluent in English and native in Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.
