Senior Principal Observability Engineer

Implement, deploy, and optimize corporate observability solutions for end-to-end visibility in distributed systems, applications, and infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering, platforms, operations, and cloud teams to deliver scalable observability platforms and establish telemetry standards. Monitor telemetry data ingestion and storage, automate instrumentation and configuration through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Advanced English proficiency. Extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Software Engineering with a strong focus on observability and telemetry implementation. Practical experience with modern observability platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and Datadog, as well as telemetry pipeline technologies such as Fluent Bit and Vector.
