Own the business plan and P&L for Chave Pix and Conta for Minors, defining growth, revenue, and efficiency targets while reporting results to senior management. Size market opportunities for user base expansion and transaction volume. Build business cases and financial models for new products and partnerships, assessing return and investment prioritization. Lead multidisciplinary squads in executing initiatives, structuring strategic recommendations for senior leadership based on data-driven storytelling.
Requirements
Experience in strategic consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or strategy and growth roles in tech or financial services. Strong ability to build business cases, financial modeling, and executive presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Fluent in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
