The National Protection Officer will support the coordination and implementation of IOM Venezuela's protection interventions, including trafficking in persons and gender-based violence. They will promote collaboration with ongoing protection programming and provide protection mainstreaming support to other programs across IOM Venezuela.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields or a master's degree, along with at least two years of professional experience in migration and protection. Experience in supervising teams, project management, and working with international agencies is also required.
