Act analytically in the process of receiving, processing, and shipping special operations for heavy/bulky goods, planning and monitoring performance and service levels. Develop logistics performance indicators and propose corrective actions and process improvements. Support the management of relationships with carriers and logistics operators, monitoring service levels and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in logistics operations involving storage and transportation, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or industry. Advanced knowledge of logistics management tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, and AI.
