ACES PMO Specialist- AMZL BR, Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES)

Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by coordinating Lean Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma activities. Support progress management of key projects and publish regular reports tracking deliverables and schedules. Manage KPI dashboards and collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective KPI management. Act as 'Peak Captain' during peak periods to consolidate information and drive coordinated management of initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience with Lean Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and large-scale data mining tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau. Experience in project or program management and exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
