Apply Scrum methodology for software development project management. Act as Scrum Master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in managing small project teams and support Product Owners in facilitating Scrum events, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in agile technology teams. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps. PSM I, CSM, or equivalent certification. 3 years of experience in the technology field.
