Manage and develop the Agro associate portfolio, strengthening relationships and identifying business opportunities. Conduct consultative service, offering appropriate financial solutions and prospecting new associates to expand the cooperative's market presence.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, Agricultural Technical or related fields. Current CPRO-R certification or willingness to obtain it within the established timeframe. Experience in business activities, commercial service, and relationship management within the Agro sector.
