Clinical Engagement Lead - Argentina / Chile

Build and manage a portfolio of investigator and clinical site relationships in the I&I therapeutic area. Lead site identification and feasibility activities for clinical trials, conducting operational site assessments and providing strategic recommendations. Serve as the primary clinical liaison to regional investigators, facilitating scientific exchange and supporting site initiation and training.

Bachelor's degree in scientific or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in clinical development or clinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong scientific knowledge of immunology and inflammation, and expertise in clinical trial site management.

This position is field-based, requiring regular travel within the designated geography. The geographic territory may change based on business needs.
