Design and evaluate system architectures with a long-term vision, focusing on scalability, security, maintainability, and cost. Identify technical gaps and propose improvements to transform manual processes into standardized solutions. Lead automation initiatives to enhance team quality and speed, and elevate the technical level of surrounding teams through design decisions and code reviews.

Experience with distributed system architecture using Java 17, 21, and Spring Boot. Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3. Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing strategies, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Ability to work with AI tools as part of the technical process.

Presence in the office in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
