Provide customers with information about the Pit Stop and offer personalized service based on their profile. Ensure the quality and proper functioning of the Pit Stop during maintenance, review, pickup, and return of vehicles. Identify, define, and schedule services with the technical area, checking returned cars and documenting damages.

Valid CNH B driver's license; Completed high school education; Previous experience in customer service; Experience in administrative tasks; Proficiency in Office suite.
