The Office Management function is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and the administrative processes that support the entire organization. In a fast-growing environment, this role is key to building structure, efficiency, and a positive employee experience, directly contributing to the company's operations and culture. Challenges that await you include managing the daily office operations, coordinating vendors, and supporting administrative and operational aspects related to People/Talent teams.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in Office Manager, Administration, Operations, or similar roles, ideally within startups or high-growth companies. Proven ability to build processes from scratch and adapt them as the organization scales. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
