What You'll Do
Support the planning and management of the project portfolio in the Retail PJ area, contributing to capacity sizing, priority definition, and monitoring strategic deliveries. Manage business indicators, projects, and performance, conducting data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities. Conduct and monitor initiatives related to financial products for PJ, including cash management solutions and payment methods.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience with agile project methodologies, PSPO or PSM certification, and management of OKRs and KPIs. Previous experience in data analysis and indicator construction, as well as familiarity with system homologation, Lean Inception, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Design Thinking, Jira, Data Analytics, Excel, Power BI, and Miro.
