Form successors and build high-performance teams while ensuring quality hiring of new consultants. Plan and implement actions for consultants, maintain constant sales growth, and provide ongoing feedback for team improvement. Actively participate in sales with the team and evolve sales scripts.

Requirements

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in sales team management; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Preferred qualifications include a completed degree, a valid driver's license (category B), and experience leading financial product sales teams.
