Integrate the Maintenance Planning team, focusing on planning, monitoring, and optimizing maintenance activities for the fleet. Prepare work packages for Heavy Check maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and SLAs. Conduct analyses to support strategic decisions related to fleet maintenance and develop performance indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance planning or project management. Advanced English for reading, writing, and communication; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data automation and database management.
