What You'll Do
Review work plans and define productivity requirements to meet operational goals. Partner with other Operations Leaders to balance workloads and ensure efficient shifts. Support health and safety programs to maintain a safe work environment. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related fields. Experience in project definition, requirements gathering, and process design. People management experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Basic English skills.
What We Offer
