Lead and manage change management projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer journeys. Map, document, optimize, and design workflows and technology solutions for development teams. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of new processes using data-driven insights and operational KPIs. Plan and manage the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, costs, and risks while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, IT, or related fields. Experience in transformation projects, process redesign, and change management in complex operations. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Data Visualization and critical reading of operational indicators. Proficiency in BPMN, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and traditional methodologies (PMBOK/Waterfall).
