Senior Specialist - Non-Financial Risks

Be a critical member of the Latam & MEA Risk team in developing and executing a global risk management strategy tailored to the region. Conduct risk self-assessments for the business, supporting remediation and closure. Monitor and analyze regional market trends, product risks, incidents, and regulatory developments to recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Experience in the financial industry with first line and second line experience. Proven track record of successfully leading risk management functions and developing regional risk frameworks. Strong understanding of risk management principles and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
