What You'll Do
Conduct process assessment and design by analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying pain points. Gather, structure, and document functional requirements, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Perform fit-gap analysis to evaluate current capabilities against requirements, identifying functional gaps and implications. Design and validate future-state processes considering technology, people, and workflows.
What We're Looking For
Experience in process transformation projects, preferably in operational or industrial contexts. Strong understanding of technology, data, and security implications at a functional level. Knowledge of risk management and safety processes is a plus.
