The agent will serve as the primary contact for travelers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via calls, live chats, and emails related to pre-trip planning, on-trip challenges, and local operational needs. Key duties include troubleshooting vehicle problems, coordinating emergency roadside services, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience in emergency dispatching, roadside assistance, or high-level customer service, demonstrating strong urgency and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and availability for rotational shifts between 07:00 and 24:00, Monday through Sunday.
