Map opportunities in the hiring journey, identifying adjustments and improvements in rules, processes, and customer experience. Propose innovations and commercial strategies for the product based on journey data, conversion, flows, and customer complaints.
What We're Looking For
Experience in product management or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure analyses and build indicators to support strategic decisions. Familiarity with market dynamics and INSS consigned rules.
