Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, or related fields. Experience in similar management roles. Familiarity with data analysis or occupational safety is a plus. Experience with 5S, data analysis, visibility construction, Office Suite, Google Sheets, and knowledge in LMS is advantageous.
