What You'll Do
Lead the Mine Automation team, establishing a culture of safety, high performance, collaboration, and innovation. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and risk management standards. Identify strategic, operational, and technical risks early to implement mitigation plans that guarantee project objectives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in mining operations and project management. Intermediate-advanced English level for interaction with local suppliers and project approval committees.
