Provide comprehensive legal advice to banking management, focusing on credit operations, guarantees, contracts, securities, and debt recovery. Identify and mitigate legal risks, advise on financial regulatory compliance, particularly ASFI, in contract drafting and legal reports. Coordinate external legal advice for judicial collection processes and support commercial and operational areas in implementing financial products and services.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory. Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles within financial entities is required. Knowledge of English is desirable.
