Analista Suporte Jr

Diagnose and solve problems related to software, operating systems, hardware, and computer configurations. Provide guidance to users on the use of systems and technology equipment. Install, configure, maintain, and update computers and peripherals, and support basic telephony and network equipment.

Knowledge of ITSM tools and ticketing systems. Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems. General knowledge in installing and configuring Microsoft Office applications. Experience with hardware and peripherals support.
