Identify operational pain points by engaging with business areas and assess the feasibility of automating them using RPA, AI, or Python. Translate user needs into clear requirements for the development team and prioritize the backlog to ensure impactful automation projects are addressed first. Monitor post-implementation metrics to evaluate automation effectiveness and act as a liaison between business areas and the engineering team to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Ability to document complex business rules with clear acceptance criteria for the development team. Strong prioritization skills based on business value and experience with generative AI tools.
