Lead Motion Designer
DEPT®Core Responsibilities
The Lead Motion Designer will manage and inspire the Argentina motion team while overseeing creative output and design standards. They will also lead the adoption of Generative AI tools to improve production efficiency and collaborate with global teams on campaign strategy.
Requirements
Candidates must have substantial experience in leading design teams and expert-level proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Jitter. Strong communication skills and experience in scaling creative production through AI and automated workflows are also required.
