The main function is to supervise the project's application of robust behavioral change tools to eliminate or reduce single-use plastics in the food and beverage sector, leading the identification of behavioral factors and integration of relevant strategies. This role ensures the generation of specified project products and results according to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, while collaborating closely with the project team and partners.
Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree (Master's desirable) in psychology, social/behavioral sciences, or a related field, along with at least five years of general work experience in areas like social development or conservation, specifically demonstrating experience in designing and applying social and behavioral change strategies. Advanced proficiency in English is indispensable.
