Responsibilities include delivering clear, structured, and engaging sessions that drive product adoption and successfully answer client questions.
Requirements
Candidates must have over two years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions, including leading live presentations, and possess strong English proficiency (C1 or C2). Experience in customer success, product enablement, or teaching with structured group delivery is highly desired.
