Core Responsibilities

The role involves supporting the construction and maintenance of relationships with ecosystem clients such as drivers, carriers, and places, while participating in planning, implementation, and execution of actions to promote driver satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities also include collecting and sharing relevant data internally and externally to drive engagement and identifying opportunities for improvement to add value to the customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields, along with proficiency in GSuite tools for data analysis and dashboard creation. A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for operational visits in the Brasília, Goiânia, and surrounding regions, with fixed working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM, Monday through Friday.
