Lead the mapping of current processes (As-Is), design future flows (To-Be), and identify gaps and opportunities for standardization. Conduct discussions with Product and IT teams to translate operational needs into business requirements. Evaluate the impacts of changes throughout the order cycle to ensure customer experience is not compromised.

Experience with end-to-end corporate flows, particularly Lead-to-Cash, and complex commercial rules. Practical experience in system implementation projects, including change management initiatives. Proficiency in process mapping methodologies such as BPMN and RACI.
