Support and monitor telecommunications operations, contributing to service quality and process management. Participate in project kickoffs to understand scope and timelines with clients. Generate project progress reports using Power BI and manage end-to-end delivery, including backlog tracking.

High school diploma required; knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in team development ceremonies. Familiarity with systems such as SAE, STAR, VANTIVE, FENIX, SERVICE NOW, and Power BI. Desirable: courses in agile methodologies and artificial intelligence; higher education degree preferred.
