Core Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of chargebacks initiated by cardholders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with Payment Network regulations (Visa, Mastercard) to minimize financial losses. This involves receiving, classifying disputes, analyzing documentation, issuing first chargebacks, managing representations, and preparing for arbitration when necessary.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in chargeback management, preferably within Credit Card Back Office, Acquiring, or a Payment Processor, is required, alongside familiarity with the payment media environment. Candidates must possess knowledge of Visa Operating Regulations, including reason codes and dispute cycle phases, and be proficient in payment network platforms like VROL or MasterCom.
