What You'll Do
Lead the team and store operations with care and strategic vision, focusing on people management and consistent results. Manage store indicators (KPIs), seek continuous performance improvement, and develop sales strategies. Ensure an attractive and organized store environment by managing inventory and administrative routines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed. Experience in people management, team leadership, and retail operations. Strong sales experience and knowledge of performance indicators. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
