The Senior Analyst is responsible for the strategic management and execution of service for critical clients, acting as the primary interface between the client and internal company departments. They lead annual service strategies, manage key performance indicators, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed undergraduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency in Spanish, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience with VMI and Celonis tools are required.
