Plan the shift and continuously monitor deviations to ensure productivity and service levels. Analyze the relationship between demand and the number of employees considering peaks and valleys during days and hours to optimize planning. Evaluate demand assumptions and definitions to anticipate decision-making and ensure effective execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced knowledge of Excel and desirable knowledge of SQL. Experience in analysis and control of indicators. Availability for on-site work in Cajamar with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30 AM to 3:18 PM.
