Support clients in their investment journey, ensuring excellent service and consultative support. Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes, providing a positive initial experience. Guide clients on platform functionalities and available products, while resolving operational demands related to financial transactions.

Ongoing higher education with graduation expected by December 2028. Basic knowledge of investments and financial products. Previous experience in customer service or commercial areas is a plus. Availability for on-site work in São Paulo/SP.
