Analyze competencies focusing on the development of people at all levels. Identify training needs and support the coordination of training execution. Assist in leading the Education and Training pillar using TPM methodology, perform data analysis regarding competency matrices, and build dashboards in Power BI.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, database management and creation, Power BI, and effective presentations using PowerPoint and Canva. Intermediate English proficiency.
