CI&TWhat You'll Do
Define and execute the adoption and change management strategy for the product portfolio. Build the product desirability strategy in collaboration with the GPM, PO, Digital Strategist, and Lead Designer. Set up KPI tracking for usage, adherence, adoption, and simplification with the Engineering team, and monitor these indicators using analytics tools.
What We're Looking For
Fluent French and English for day-to-day work. Proven experience in product adoption, change management, or customer success for digital products in a corporate environment. Hands-on experience defining and tracking product KPIs and familiarity with product analytics tools.
