QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The Staff Product Designer will lead the development and evolution of products and services, ensuring consistency across platforms while delivering solutions for internal and external users across the property journey. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand needs, participate in decision-making, and work closely with engineering for implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess strong prototyping skills to explore design directions based on user understanding, business objectives, and technical possibilities, alongside experience in the complete product development cycle from definition to launch. Essential requirements include a solid portfolio, experience presenting to senior stakeholders, knowledge of cognitive psychology and research methodologies, and experience mentoring other designers.
