The manager will lead the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and revenue transformation portfolio, focusing on end-to-end process redesign spanning quote/order, billing, revenue recognition, collections, cash application, and dispute management. Key duties include defining the transformation roadmap, managing M&A integration workstreams, and leading current/future state design and operating model definition.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 8+ years of finance transformation experience covering OTC and revenue accounting, including at least 2 years of direct people management. Essential qualifications include experience with M&A integrations, demonstrated process reengineering using Lean/Six Sigma methods, and hands-on familiarity with relevant ERP/CRM platforms and revenue recognition frameworks like ASC 606/IFRS 15.
