The main objective is managing bonuses for AXA Agency agents concerning the current year's Value Proposition (BIC). Key functions include disseminating the agency's exclusive value proposition to drive agent premium growth and executing commercial strategies within the region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should preferably have a degree in Administration, Actuarial Science, or Systems Engineering, along with experience managing commercial team databases and calculating bonuses, preferably within the financial sector. Knowledge of all insurance lines, especially Health and Life, both commercial and personal, is required.
