Participate in practical learning experiences within specific areas or projects at the bank. Complete required practical hours and study, which will be certified upon completion. Engage in skill development in a supportive work environment.

University students in their final semesters of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Availability for scheduled hours and submission of academic history with grades. A letter of request for internships from the university is required at the end of the selection process.

The program offers skill development in an excellent work environment and the opportunity for continuous professional training. Interns will receive a transportation allowance and certification for completed internships.
