The Technical Account Engineer II acts as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value of the Sumo Logic platform through strategic adoption and technical guidance. Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, managing customer health, mitigating risks, and driving growth strategies in partnership with the account team.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in a technical role such as DevOps or SOC analysis with a strong background in SaaS and customer relationship management. Proficiency in cloud services, security frameworks, and data analytics is highly desired, along with excellent communication skills for executive engagement.
